What kind of trainer am I?
I have been training on and off for approximately 15 years and enjoy the control, that each of us have to manipulate our bodies to do what we want them to do. I am an extremely passionate, energised, goal orientated PT. I enjoy helping people reach their goals, whatever they may be from weight loss, fitness, to training for a particular sporting event. Helping people to push through their plateaus and reach what they wanted to and beyond is what I all about. Making sure that I, and they, exceed their expectations. I am approachable and easy to talk to and believe anything is possible with the right level of determination and confidence to change and succeed.
